    Dear Mr Vargis,

Very good morning to you. I have been going through your detailed pen picture of places and is really excited and planning for a trip there in July. We will be a group of 6-8 people (age gp 56-62yrs). We want to go ourselves without any tour operator. We plan to go as follows:-

    Day1 - Srinagar-khardungla night halt
    Day2- Leh via lamayuru
    Day3- Local tour leh
    Day4- Nubra valley night halt
    Day6- Back to Leh
    Day7- Pangong Night halt
    Day8- Hanle Night halt
    Day9- TSO moriri night halt
    Day10-Back to Leh
    Day11-Fly back

Is it possible to cut short day 6 and go to Pangong directly? I am scared about the road conditions you described in your trip advise. will this plan work out for us or you want to add any thing to it? Thanks a lot in advance for taking so much interest and advise.

    Hello Mr. Banerjee,

Day 1 . I am a little confused about this. Did you mean to say Kargil? You cannot stay at Khardung La and it is after Leh.
Day 6. You can travel staright to Pangong via Shyok road. They improved the condition of the road last year and it is OK to travel on now.

How are you planning to travel sir? Private cab or public transport?

Good morning Mr vargish. Yes you are right sir. Night halt at kargil. Is it also possible to directly reach Leh from Srinagar? We would like to hire a cab and make our trip a memorable 1. Would you like to add anything to it? I am a big fan of nature and want to go all out to feel it. Only thing we are of age group 60.
In April 17 we visited Sikkim including lachung and Nathula.
Please advise anything you like to.
    Thanks in advance.

Is Sham valley falls enroute to Leh from kargil? Or can it be covered in local Leh trip?
