    Hi Varghis Bro,

I have gone through all your blogs about Leh Itinerary. I still write this, so that I can get details which is specific to me or my expectation.

The plan is start on 30th August 2018 to 14th September 2018. (This dates can be modified as per the situation as I'm riding solo & not dependent on any one else). I can get 2 days extra buffer time, only if required.

Despite the current situation in Srinagar, I would like to cover both Srinagar(Any suggestion on this route) & Manali route in this travel.

So, I would like to know best recommended Itinerary for this. Though I have made few plans based on the information collected. I'm not satisfied with that.

    Requirements:
    1. Recommended Itinerary for 16days + 2days(Only if required)
    2. From Leh, I would like to have Leh - Nubra Vallye/Turtuk/Siachen base camp - Pangon Tso - Hanle - Tso Moriri - Leh. Is this possible? Or any suggestions on this?
    3. Will I be able to cover Spiti?
    4. What are the recommended places on this route?
    5. If possible, how about taking permit for all the places in and around Leh, so that I can change plans on spot based on situation.
    6. Any suggestions for travelling solo?
    7. Anything else would you like to add.

    Awaiting for your reply...!

    Thanks,
    Vishwa

Hi Vishwa - If you can add 2 more days and make it 18th, then yes you can cover Spiti as well. Let me know and I can suggest an itinerary accordingly. How are you traveling by the way which actually is the most important point.

    Hi Varghis,

Awaiting for your response. I know you're busy, still I had to book air tickets & block the calendar as well.

And do I really need 2 inner liner even if I'm carrying thermal liner which came with my Rynox Jacket & Pant.

    Regards,
    Vishwa

Thanks Varghis, I'm travelling from Bangalore to Chandigarh. So, I might need 5 more days for Arrival, Chandigarh to Amritsar, Shimla to Chandigarh & Departure.

Do I really need 2 inner liner even if I'm carrying thermal liner which came with my Rynox Jacket & Pant.

    Few more queries,

    1. Do I really need 2 inner liner even if I'm carrying thermal liner which came with my Rynox Jacket & Pant?
    2. As per your itinerary, could you please let me know the places which require permit?
    3. Will I be able to experience snow fall during September?

    Regards,
    Vishwa

    1. No. Just carry a thick windproof jacket and that is what you will need the most really.
    2. You need permits for Nubra valley, hanle, pangong and karzok
    3. Snowfall in September is mostly at the top of high altitude passes, not in lower areas.
