I am planning a trip first week September

    delhi-Tosh (2 nights) - Chandra Taal (1 night) - spiti valley (2 nights) - Shimla (1 night) - Delhi.

Can someone advise on the travel times? I know they can vary based on traffic and speed but can Google maps be taken as a base?

And would like to Stay at Jamaicas. Please provide contact.

As of now, I am entering Rohtang pass on Tuesday and have to revise my dates. Can I plan to exit Rohtang pass on a Tuesday, that is, Spiti Valley/ChandraTaal to Manali on Tuesday???

Rohtang - Yes you can cross Rohtang on Tuesday from the other side towards Manali
Tosh to Chandratal will take you an entire day, about 10 hours easily.

We are planning to take a self driven car to Spiti valley from Delhi. We will be following the below plan:

    Delhi -- Amritsar -- Dharamshala -- Shimla - Narkanda - Tabo - Kaza - Chandratal - Manali.

We heard that self driven cars are not allowed for local sight seeing in Leh-Ladakh, is it the same for Spiti as well or there are currently no restrictions for the same.

No that problem exists only in Ladakh. Spiti valley is fine, no issue with self-drive rentals.
