    Dear Abhishek
here are my inputs my wife and i am visiting ladakh almost the same period to enjoy ladakh festival ( cultural mask dances, polo archery competitions ) on Sep 25 but taste differs just informing.
your Day 4 ie., sept 25 -- if you want to cover panamik hot springs and back to nubra for night stay then you have to start very early also it may be a tiresome journey for the whole day. keep this in mind you can skip samstanling gompa on the sumur stretch.
Day 6 -- turtuk to nubra is missing. count that part of the journey to calculate your travel time and visiting other places on that day
Day 8 -- chushul and hanle are mostly likely ruled out this time. even if you get permission for chushul, then it is better to stay at Merak on D7 and proceed to Hanle on D8 then to tso moriri on D9 via salsal la chumur charchagan la but you need proper ILP to visit chushul, nyoma loma rezang la hanle, chumur, etc., and mind you there are no proper roads and civilization enroute. Even varghis bhai had warned that NOT TO TRY pangong tso to tso moriri on a single day. whatever early morning you start, even by the shortest route you may end up at karzok at night taking the whole day strenuous tiresome journey with bad roads and no proper guidance.
Day3 -- Day 7 : nothing special in leh palace better to avoid. leh city view can be done from santhi stupa -sunset view. thiksey and shey can be covered on D7 enroute sakthi chang la pangong tso thus you can alter D3 program. if you are interested you can go for indus river rafting on D3 -- 2 hrs beginners level from phey to nimmoo and the missed out D3 places on D7. or rafting on D4 if you opt to stay leh for festival. im just giving you options. your choice.
happy and best wishes keep ladakh litter free, conserve water preserve nature.
