    Dear Vargis,
We are three (Myself, my Wife and Son) planning to make a circuit from Leh to Nubra Valley (Night stay) early morning towards Pengong Tso and back to Leh in the same day.
Please suggest the possibility and the route to be followed as have less time.
    With Regards,

    Dear Mr. Vargis,

Many Many thanks for your kind reply. As you asked, we are hiring one private taxi for the entire trip. Previously, our plan was to travel from Leh to Nubra valley and back in 1st day. Leh to Pengong Tso and back in 2nd day and lastly Magnetic Hill and local site seeing on 3rd day. But meanwhile we thought of staying over night in Nubra valley and proceeding to Pengong Tso next day early morning and back to Leh in the same day. We are planning on 5th Oct' 17 and back on 6th.
Kindly suggest us the possibility and the weather condition expected that time.

    With Regards,

    H Biswas

Hello Mr. Biswas - Sorry about the late reply.

You will have to stick to your first plan I am afraid. The direct roads from Nubra to Pangong are closed so you cannot take those. You will have to do Leh - Nubra - Leh and the Leh - Pangong - Leh on second day. I am not sure when will the roads open or if they will open at all this year.

Weather will be cold. Days will be moderate but temperature at nights will really drop so please prepare accordingly.
