I completed circuit on a 100 cc bike starting from 29 to 5 july. will update the conditions of road and photos on Monday.

As of now, Manual Permits will be issued from SDM Office in Manali for tourist planning to go Leh Ladakh. After a few days, travelers can take an Online Permit

kunzum and chandratal will not open by 5-10 june. or may be later.

it's for kullu - manali - kelong route. not kaza. Hrtc is starting its service from kullu to keylong from tomorrow.

You can try srinagar leh route. You ll need ilp to travel to pangong and tsomoriri, you ll get that in leh only. So if you relay on manali leh highway, it'll be bluff as it won't open by then.
