Me and my husband will be visiting leh from 3rd May to 9th May.We will be traveling by road from Srinagar on 2.05.21.Will the Srinagar Leh highway be open by that time?Are positive vivid test reports mandatory for visiting leh?

Srinagar Leh Highway is open

As of now yes, Negative report is mandatory

I will be travelling from Srinagar to Kargil after staying a week in Kashmir. Since a negative RT-PCR is required to enter Leh, can a test be done in Srinagar? If yes, where can we do the test?

I will not recommend doing it in Srinagar. Results may take longer there is what I have heard.
