Hanle visit or overnight stay?

Hello,

Can anyone please confirm if visit to Hanle is allowed for a day tour or overnight stay for foreigners (Indians with OCI card). I am getting conflicting information so not sure if we should include Hanle as part of our itinerary. Plan is to visit Kashmir/Leh/Ladakh for 2 weeks in June.

they need to apply for PAP - protected area permit and it must be a group of minimum 2 foreigner's . Duration of this permit is 7 days.
it is better to get that permit obtained by local registered travel agents.
