I didnt understand why include panamik? From google maps distances it made more sense staying at hundur for both nights considering first night we want to do camel safari and next day we will be off to pangong.

Panamik is just another destination, a different part of Nubra valley to explore. It is also less crowded than Hunder and Diskit. But it is only recommended if you are staying for an additional day at Nubra. First night, travel towards Diskit and Nubra and then towards Panamik and Warshi on second. It is completely your choice however. If you are more inclined towards staying at Hunder then you can do that as well.
Also, when it comes to Ladakh, do not rely on Google maps.
And yes, if you are not brining your 3 year old then travel in this manner only. Just make sure that you get a really early start on Day 6 because that will be the longest day of the journey of all.
I have replaced Panamik with Hunder if that is where you wish to stay.
Day 1- Leh
Day 2- sham valley excursion
Day 3- Leh to Diskit / Hunder
Day 4- Diskit to Turtuk to Diskit / Hunder
Day 5- Diskit / Hunder to Pangong via Shyok
Day 6- Pangong to Tso morori
Day 7- Tso Moriri to Leh via Tso Kar
Day 8- fly back

As i am travelling to Leh on 1st Aug 2018. and I have Planned for Road trip on Bike from Leh 8th Aug 2018 onwards.
My Plan is as below:

09th Aug (Nubra valley to Pangong lake)
10th Aug (Pangong lake to Hanle)
11th AUg (Hanle to Tso Moriri)
12th Aug (Tso Moriri to Leh)
13th Aug (Extra day)
14th Aug (Fly Back to Home)
Also whether we can go pangong directly from Nubra or we will have to come back to Leh .

Hello Hashil - Your plan looks good, no change required. And yes, you can take the Shyok road to travel from Nubra to Pangong directly.
Great! Will follow this. My agent has asjed me to keep the second night in nubra flexible to swap with leh depending on shyok road condition.
Can you suggest any 4 star hotel/camp at diskit?
